Once per year, S.O.C.A. contracts an international and popular artist to have a performance open to the entire campus and community. Festivals
Whether it is religious or cultural, there are many different festivals occurring all over the world in which our international students cherish and take part in. S.O.C.A. brings these festivals into NGCSU and opens the door of knowledge and experience that many students never would have had the chance to know about. Some examples are Carnival, celebrated in Trinidad and Tobago, Divali, celebrated in India, Chinese New Year etc. All these festivals NGCSU students can get to participate in and have fun while they experience and learn about other cultures.
